The commencement of Capestone’s $20 million shopping plaza isn’t far away, and when complete, will boast fifteen exciting new stores.

The shopping plaza is being developed by RR Morris Group, with construction to commence later this year, and is anticipated to take just over twelve months to complete.

The shopping plaza will include an IGA and is a significant addition to the range of amenities provided at Capestone. Capestone offers residents convenience and easy living right at their doorstep with a child carecentre soon to be delivered, as well as schools, parklands and an outdoor gym.

The ‘Kidz Magic’ child care centre is a highly anticipated addition to the Capestone community, and will provide residents with high quality, full service child care just minutes from home. Works on the child care centre commenced in April and will utilise a unique plaza and verandah design. This responds to the sub-tropical climate, and encourages children to spend more time outdoors in an environment which is useable almost all year round. The centre will accommodate 130 children from three months up to school age and will include a veggie patch, sandpits, a bike path, and natural play and discovery spaces.

The delivery of the shopping plaza and child care centre are of great added value to the thriving Capestone community. These amenities will activate Capestone’s urban hub, providing a convenient and central place for friends to meet up for a coffee, or grab their groceries.
